A: Yes, we do have some minimum order thresholds, but they depend on the specific content that you’d like to use and the extent of the customization that you request. The smallest minimums are for content with custom covers only, which can be printed on demand. That includes our ISEE and SSAT content. We can fulfill initial orders for as few as 25 books for some titles. Many of our more popular books use a higher grade of paper and require offset printing, so for most of our titles the minimum initial order is 200 units.

A: Pricing for custom covers depends on the title, quantity ordered, and amount of customization required. Our pricing is reasonable and test prep companies and schools find it comparable to purchasing off-the-shelf solutions for their students.

A: The time from order to delivery typically takes between 2-6 weeks.
Set-up time can vary widely, depending on your needs. If you require minimal design support and customization, we can produce and get your approval on electronic proofs in as little as a few days; if you require more support and customization, the process can take up to a few weeks. You should contact us as soon as you decide you might be interested in a custom book, so that we can work together to ensure you have your books in time for classes!

A: In most cases where our content is used as is, there are no set-up fees. In some cases, there are some costs associated with setting up new custom content, and we typically include a set-up fee to cover those costs. The specific amounts depend on how much help you need setting up your custom content. However, if you plan to make larger or recurring orders then we may be able to absorb some of the set-up costs. A: Yes! We have a design team on staff, and we can work with you to incorporate your logo into a cover you’ll love.
Q: Can I put the content that I license on my website?Q: Can I put the content that I license on my website?
A: For public websites, no. We do offer licensing solutions for login-required sites and typically provide licensing contracts for a specific number of users or printed copies. You may not reproduce or distribute electronic versions our print content on your public websites even if you have purchased a license to print that content.
However, in addition to the content we license for print, we also create and publish online content. If you’re interested in licensing content from our blog, study pages, or other websites for use on your sites, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also link to our online content without any licensing agreement.
Q: Are all mentions of “Ivy Global” removed from the books?Q: Are all mentions of “Ivy Global” removed from the books?
A: The most conspicuous mentions—those on the cover—are always removed. The outer cover no longer includes any Ivy Global branding. Upon request, we can also remove our name from the inner cover. In some of our books, our name appears in footers, and we can also remove our name from footers upon request.
